
Jai Kotak, son of banker and billionaire Uday Kotak, recently tied the knot with 2015 Miss India winner Aditi Arya in a ceremony held at the Jio Convention Center in Mumbai on Tuesday. Earlier this year, Jai had publicly confirmed their engagement on X (formerly Twitter) by congratulating Aditi on completing her MBA at Yale University. He expressed his pride by sharing two pictures of Aditi in her graduation gown and cap.
Jai also shared a picture from his wedding day on Instagram, where he and Aditi Arya were seen standing on a stage surrounded by guests. Talking about their outfits, Jai opted for a traditional ivory sherwani which she teamed with a matching dupatta and red turban, while Aditi looked stunning in a red lehenga.

Apart from this, Jai also shared pictures of the grand ceremony and other guests who attended the ceremony on his Instagram handle.
Sharing a similar set of pictures on Instagram, Aditi captioned the post, “Found my personality.” To which Jai commented, “So beautiful. So beautiful. Looks absolutely wow.”
Who is Jai Kotak?
Jai Kotak, who graduated from Columbia University with a degree in History and Economics, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and currently serves as the Vice President of Kotak811, a digital-first mobile bank founded by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Previously, he worked at McKinsey and Goldman Sachs, after which he joined the consumer banking business of Kotak Mahindra Bank in 2019. Later, Jay led the Kotak 811 team in 2021, overseeing strategy and product development.
Who is Aditi Arya?
Gurugram resident Aditi Arya represented India in the Miss World 2015 pageant held in China in 2015 and won the title of Femina Miss India. She recently completed her MBA from Yale School of Management. Before winning Miss India, she pursued business studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College, Delhi University. In addition to her journey in beauty pageants, Aditi gained experience as a research analyst at Ernst & Young. The 29-year-old actress emphasizes the importance of education on various public platforms, which is evident in her Instagram posts. Aditi made her Bollywood debut in the 2021 film ’83, a biographical sports drama that chronicles India’s 1983 World Cup win.
